Clara’s Comfort Food features delicious Authentic German Sausage that is additive and preservative free – but FULL of flavor. For years, owner Randy Giesen and his family enjoyed the tradition of making authentic German pork sausage using a "secret" family recipe. A wonderful pastime has now grown into a business that Randy enjoys sharing with the community.
What makes this sausage different is that Clara’s Comfort Food Authentic German Sausage is made with locally raised “All Natural” pork which means it is minimally processed and does not contain artificial ingredients, coloring ingredients or chemical preservatives. The end result is a product that is better tasting and better for you. The sausage is available in rings or patties and will make a wonderful addition to your backyard grilling menu. For an added treat, be sure to try Randy’s homemade horseradish – ground fresh and no artificial preservatives.
